A WORD FROM PROF. DIGHIERO

Edition 2023 is launched

Dear colleagues

As President of the Association and on behalf of all ACOS members, I would like to invite you to our 3rd annual congress, on October 14, 2023, in Paris, at the Maison de la Chimie.

In the first edition, we described how dry eye had become the second most common cause of consultation in our practices. You’ll also find the contributions of Prof. Cochener and Dr. Bour on the subject.

Last year, we discussed the impact of dry eye on all the subspecialties: refractive, cataract, glaucoma, oculoplasty, retina, and how dry eye is now at the “crossroads” of all pathologies.

As in previous years, we’ll kick off the day with an update on the latest advances and innovations in dry eye care. Then we’ll focus on the impact of surface area on multifocality, and the evolution of glaucoma management.

The afternoon will be devoted to very specific workshops: making and interpreting meibography images, micronutrition, oculoplasty, etc.

At the end of the day, we’ll be discussing clinical cases, always a rich and exciting moment.

In short, the idea is to provide a one-day overview of this pathology, which is the second most common cause of ophthalmological consultations in France.

Come and join us.
